Zeiss LSM880 Confocal

The Zeiss confocal provides optical sectioning of thin (cells in monolayer) or thick (tissue) samples for slides or dishes. Mounted on the Zeiss Axioobserver stand, this inverted microscope is ideal for imaging fixed cell immunofluorescence, or live cells using the integrated incubator.

This confocal is equipped with 2 PMT's and 1 GaAsP detector for standard imaging. The confocal is also integrated with the Zeiss Airyscan detector, promising extended resolution of smaller structures below 200 nm. td>
